Refund policy

Cancellations/Exchange:

After an order has been placed, we do not accept cancellation requests as the products are specifically designed and customized on individual needs. We do not accept product exchange request. Please always check the details from the description before ordering desired products.

Refund:

If a product gets damaged, was faulty upon a delivery or if there is customize mistakes - we offer 100% refund. To be eligible, please make sure to make a parcel opening video from showing the address slip of the package to the product opening. Send it to via email, WhatsApp or Instagram Dm. Further steps will be taken after it.

PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY POLICY

To ensure genuine orders and support order processing, we offer Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible purchases.

Advance Payment Requirement

All Cash on Delivery orders require an advance payment of 25% of the total cart value at the time of order placement.
The remaining balance is payable to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

Purpose of Advance

This advance amount is collected only to cover product production and customization costs.

Non-Refundable Advance

Since our products are personalized and made to order, the advance payment is non-refundable in the following cases:

1. order cancellation after confirmation

2. refusal to accept the order at delivery

3. incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

Order Confirmation

We may contact customers via call, SMS, email, or WhatsApp to confirm COD orders before processing.
Failure to confirm may result in automatic order cancellation, and any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation by Our Side

If an order is cancelled due to any issue from our side, the full advance amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Right to Refuse COD

We reserve the right to refuse or disable Cash on Delivery for:

1. high-risk or suspicious orders

2. repeated order refusals

3. locations with high return rates

If COD is refused by us after payment, the paid advance amount will be fully refunded to the original payment method.

By placing a Cash on Delivery order, you agree to this Partial COD Policy.
